We can implement
IDX data information into your current web site, or design a
"killer site" for you. Our "Agent Frame" solution is
for use within your current web site and is compatible with many
national web site company sites including Homes.com, Z57.com
and iHouse2000. If you need your own site... select one of
our template sites, or have our design staff work with you
to create a dynamic, custom site.

Can agents use IDX information?
A:
Agent use of IDX data is governed locally by each MLS system.
Please consult your local MLS regarding rules and policy
regarding agent use of IDX data.
In all cases, the agent must have written authorization from
their broker and their brokerage must be a participant in
their MLS IDX program. Additionally, your broker must subscribe to their MLS's FTP data
access for IDX downloads. (Additional fees may apply from your
MLS) Sound confusing? We can further explain these
policies if answers from your local MLS are still not clear.

framed solution".
